Application Review & NDA
I will personally review your application and, if I believe I can genuinely help you achieve your goals, I’ll invite you to the next stage. Before any portfolio details, financial information, deal structures, or supporting evidence are shared, both parties will sign an NDA electronically.
Initial Meeting
We'll arrange a call or, if you're local, meet in person. We'll discuss your objectives, current position and whether we'd like to work together.
At this stage, I can share details of my own portfolio, projects and results, all of which can be independently verified.
Agreement
If we both decide to proceed, we'll complete the mentoring agreement and secure your place.
Start Building
We'll begin implementing your strategy with ongoing mentoring, deal reviews, accountability and support as you build and scale your property business.
Direct Access
